I am French and was in the Czech Republic as an exchange student 2 years ago. I loved this dish, which I ate at my pen pal's house! In September I'm leaving home to study in the city, a good opportunity to cook for myself and make this dish :) Thank you so much for the recipe!!

Tried this last weekend and it was DELICIOUS!! My family and I devoured it all and went back for seconds. We visited Czech in the past and have been longing to eat goulash and this is just like it. We have a family member who is gluten sensitive so the only change we did was changing the regular bread crumbs to gluten-free bread crumbs and honestly none of us who are non-gluten sensitive didn't notice the difference. Still tasted amazing and like what we had in Czech. Will make this again. Thanks for sharing this recipe! ❤

So nice to see a video from you. And with a "new" recipe (i.e., not in your cookbook!). I was so pleased to find your cookbook at the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library last Christmas. I didn't know there was a museum like that in the United States. It would be cool to visit. I do have Czech and Slovak ancestry, from a maternal grandmother. She was born in Canada, but her mother was from Prague, and her father was from Slovakia. They came through Ellis Island, from Czechoslovakia in 1900, and were married there that year, and they lived in New York City for a little while, before coming to Canada. I do have distant relatives in the United States from that side, and from a maternal grandfather, but I don't know them. Cheers! ✌️
